The UK Facilities Show is in full swing today at the London Excel Centre.

The UK Facilities Show launched yesterday 16th May and closes its doors tomorrow Friday 18th May, the exhibition centre is hosting over a hundred exhibitors and a there are three days of speakers and seminars.

This year the agenda seems heavily focused on sustainability/environmental issues and also the use of technology to drive innovation and change.

The show sits alongside Firex, Safety and Health Expo and Ifsec. The main hall housed the 4 events and there is an opportunity to visit each of the exhibition areas.

The Facilities Show is the premier show in the UK that brings together suppliers, manufacturers and FMs in partnership with IFSEC, (Security Solutions), Firex, (Fire Safety), and Safety and Health Expo, which provides support to FMs across all areas of H&S.

Facilities Managers and Maintenance Managers, continue to play a significant role in managing health and safety across their estates, which includes all aspects of building and people management. The Expo offers them the chance to network with trainers, recruitment companies, suppliers, and manufacturers, as well as hear from speakers from their industry.

IFSEC is celebrating 50 years this year and brings together distributors, installers, and integrators and provides an excellent event for the facilities industry to showcase products and services under one roof.

The show has already seen a new product launch from Airthings providing facility and maintenance managers with a new data monitoring app giving its users real-time data on CO2, humidity, radon, light and noise and temperature, vital information if you are responsible for multiple building sites. If you have managed to get to the show yet, it’s worth visiting their stand.

If you are looking to recruit Facilities Managers/Maintenance Managers or support staff, our team in Romford would be happy to have an initial consultation.
