About this Role

Post Room Operative We are currently recruiting for a Post Room Operative for our corporate client based in Debden, Essex. Duties will include but are not limited to: -

• Receiving incoming mail & deliveries
• Front of house/reception
• Overseeing outgoing mail & goods
• Digitalising all incoming & outgoing mail
• Internal mail distribution
• X-Ray scanning
• Franking mail
• Loading bay & forklift duties

Essential skills & experience

• Current counterbalance & reach truck licence - this MUST be either RTITB or ITSSAR, we cannot accept in-house licences.
• Excellent communication skills
• Distribution/logistics experience
• Office skills, competent in all Microsoft packages
• Telephone & customer services experience.
• Excellent telephone manner and be well presented.
• Experience of working in a high-pressure corporate environment
• Customer focused
• People skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently via telephone, email, and face to face.
• Willing and able to undertake security vetting - BPSS & SC clearances.
