About this Role
Customer Service Advisor At Axiom Personnel we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our well established client based in Hackney. This is a full time position based in a great location. The hours for this role are – Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4:30pm
The successful candidate will have following experience
- Must have experience within Customer Service
- Confident/Positive attitude
- IT Literate
- Working in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Order processing
- Administration
- Receptionist duties
- Give outstanding service to customers/building relationships with clients
- Taking phone calls/answering emails
- Handling any queries
- Reporting any customer service issues
