About this Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our clients growing team, producing high-quality transmission components for a respected engineering company based in Harlow, Essex. This hands-on role involves setting and operating 2-axis CNC lathes, with a focus on short-to-medium batch work. You'll need to be confident working independently and flexible enough to support other machining operations when needed. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, with start times of either 6:00 AM (finish at 4:00 PM) or 7:00 AM (finish at 5:00 PM) — offering a great work-life balance with long weekends. What We Offer:
