With all the negativity in the news over the last couple of weeks, it’s wonderful to give a ‘shout-out’ to our team.

Congratulations to Liam Paton who has just celebrated a year at Axiom Personnel, Liam joined the construction desk at Axiom in October 2022 and he has had a great year, building the client base through his extensive contacts in the construction industry and working closely with his portfolio of candidates, keeping them continuously employed over the last year and bringing in new candidates to the business. Liam is looking forward to growing his client base and building the business, he said he enjoys working at Axiom as the atmosphere here is genuinely supportive.

Welcome to Courtney Cole, who joined the business at the end of October. Courtney brings with her over 10 years of sales experience from a wide range of industry sectors, including renewable energies, corporate travel and military events, which was Courtney’s last role. Courtney has worked in central London and Essex but joined us here in Romford, so she can be local to home and not have to do the London commute. We are excited she has joined the company in a Business Development role, utilising all her previous telephone sales experience.

And last but definitely not least, we would like to introduce our Business Administration apprentice Ruby Moledina, Ruby, who joined us full-time in the summer, having worked for the company for a year during her first year at college. Ruby was studying a Level 3 in Business Administration but decided to move into an apprenticeship role as she felt would benefit her more being in the business full-time. Ruby’s confidence has exploded in the last few months, having really found her feet as a Recruitment Resourcer, she is working independently now and is flying through her portfolio.
