Description We are currently seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors who specalizes in Roofing to join our clients team. As a Quantity Surveyor , you will be responsible for evaluating and estimating the costs of roofing projects and ensuring the efficient use of materials and resources. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong knowledge of roofing who is looking to further develop their skills and contribute to the success of the company. Responsibilities
- Conducting on-site surveys to assess roofing projects and gather relevant data
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for roofing projects
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to determine project requirements and specifications
- Analyzing and evaluating project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Identifying and sourcing required materials and negotiating with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to budgetary and time constraints
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations
The successful candidate will have following experience

Requirements
- Ideally but no essential , Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on roofing projects
- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, methods, and systems
- Strong understanding of construction costs, budgets, and financial management
- Proficient in relevant software applications such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification as a Quantity Surveyor or membership in relevant professional organizations is preferred
