About this Role
- At Axiom Personnel we are currently recruiting for an Operations team leader to join our well established client. We are searching for someone who is a good individual or team player. You must have strong management skills as well as having experience with warehousing.
- -37.5 hours per week, hours vary.
- -Full time
- -Day shift
The successful candidate will have following experience
- -Supervisory experience in a service industry or customer service enviroment.
- -Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- -IT Literate
- -Hold forklift truck licence preferably.
- -Educated to A Level or equivalent business qualification.
Responsibilities
- -Supervise preparation of customer orders.
- -Maintain high levels of customer service
- -Coordinate internal administration and preparation for monthly invoicing
- -Operate and maintain a computer - based logging and tracking system.
- -Develop, train and manage the workload within the operations team.
- -Supervise the audit checking process and ensure all findings are reported and training issues are resolved.
- -Ensure compliance with the company health & safety, quality and environmental policies.
- -Hold 1-2-1 meetings with direct reports to ensure staff are developed and supported.
- -Required on occasion to work off site and supervise offsite projects.
