The successful candidate will have following experience
The ideal candidate must have a very good telephone manor with good communication skills. They are required to work in an organised manor at all times with the ability to work under pressure. Good computer skills are a must with basic knowledge of Word and Excel. Candidate must be ambitious and driven to build sales. Previous experience with Admin/Sales is desired.
- Contacting Customers and building sales on existing business
- Contacting Customers via the call lists for orders
- Answering calls and taking order via telephone and email
- Pushing back delivery days for goods that haven't arrived in the warehouse
- Responding to enquiries
- Documenting all correspondence and prices
