Are you an experienced Industrial Cleaning Manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity based in Basildon for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team.
The successful candidate will have following experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of health and safety practices and legislative compliance. You should also have experience in budgetary control and be able to maintain strong relationships with senior management and directors.
Responsibilities
As the Industrial Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for the following :
- Ensuring client satisfaction at a senior management level
- Operational responsibility - Know what, where & when the direct employees allocated to you are doing, Contract compliance & constant viewing of all operational activities
- Health and safety compliance, and budgetary control at an operational level.
- Maintaining employee culture, improve work performance and continuously improve atmosphere of team working
- Managing industrial relations
- Seeking out opportunities for business expansion
- Relationship with Company Senior Management & Director
