About this Role

At Axiom Personnel we are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Operator to join our well established client based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The hours for this role are rotating on a 4 on 4 off basis 7:00am - 19:00pm & 19:00pm - 7:00am Yearly Salary: £30k Per year 

The successful candidate will have following experience

  • Must have experience with Microsoft 365
  • Must have good English skills and excellent phone manner
  • PC Literate
  • Working in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Respond to any enquiries through phone or email
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed
  • Monitor system performance and availability
  • Handle common issues like connection problems, service outages, and billing questions
  • Assist in creating, modifying, and managing user accounts
  • Maintain detailed records of all support requests and resolutions
  • Use remote access tools when necessary to assist customers with device and software configurations.
