About this Role
- At Axiom Personnel we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our well established client based in Hackney.
- This is a full time position based in a great location.
- The hours for this role are:
- -Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm
- -Friday 9am-4:30pm
The successful candidate will have following experience
- -Must have experience within Customer Service
- -Confident/Positive attitude
- -IT Literate
- -Working in a team environment
Responsibilities
- -Order processing
- -Administration
- -Receptionist duties
- -Give outstanding service to customers/building relationships with clients
- -Taking phone calls/answering emails
- -Handling any queries
- -Reporting any customer service issues
