About this Role

As a Concierge Team Member, you'll become the embodiment of first-class service, leaving an indelible mark on every visitor and enhancing the daily lives of the building's users. Salary is Up To - £45,000 Responsibilities include :

• Managing a diverse range of service lines from front of house to events management
• Maintaining a secure and welcoming environment, and leading safety protocols.
• Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts – actively engaging with all users of the building
• Fostering excellent relationships, positioning themselves in delivering outstanding service.
• To lead & own site services lines to include; FM, concierge, helpdesk, front of house, security, events management, mail and logistics ,supplier management and liaison, and workplace support
• To be flexible in individual time management providing cover across various properties in the client portfolio between the hours of 08:00 – 18:00.
• Other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will be adept at juggling various tasks, providing coverage across multiple properties, and responding promptly to all service requests. Candidates should possess the following:

• Front of House - Security/concierge & Guest Experience Management
• Highly flexible and able to adapt in an ever-changing environment
• Health & Safety understanding
• Experience in FM & relevant Audits (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management
• Excellent customer service skills
