About this Role

Building Maintenance Engineer Our client is urgently looking to recruit an experienced all round Building Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team. They require someone to work alongside their current team of maintenance engineers undertaking building maintenance on commercial properties in the Essex, home counties and London areas. Duties will include (but are not limited to), general maintenance, painting & decoration, plumbing, basic electrics & carpentry. Candidates must have good all round experience of the above/building with a bias towards plumbing. A full clean UK driving licence is essential, with NO previous DD or "no insurance" penalties. Our client will provide a company van. You must be customer focused & well presented with good communication skills. PAYE at £42k - £45k OR CIS at £200 per day is available. Permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm. Overtime is available weekends as & when.
