About this Role

Axiom Personnel are currently recruiting for an administrator with at least 3 years office experience to join our client at their office based in Rotherham. Hours of working is Monday - Friday 8 - 4 on a permanent basis.  

The successful candidate will have following experience

Day to day duties:

  • Work as part of a small team to organise site visits for service engineers.
  • High levels of customers service
  • Account management to work with customers for engineer visits/works
  • Organise paperwork to ensure correctly organised and timely action of booking information and H&S Documents
  • Doing the sales administration processes through to invoicing.
  • Stock management and sorting of service/repair parts in small warehouse (including FLT Counterbalance operation) – Licence desirable but training offered

Responsibilities

About you:

  • Good communication
  • Account management experience
  • Well organised person needed with experience of office work and understanding priorities
  • Able to work independently
  • Provide cover for office manager when on holiday/out of office
  • Experience in use of computerised systems essential – Windows/ERP/Microsoft dynamix/Salesforce etc
  • Stock management and sorting of service/repair parts in small warehouse (including FLT Counterbalance operation) – Licence desirable but training offered
  • Full time role, office based near Rotherham
