About this Role
Axiom Personnel are currently recruiting for an administrator with at least 3 years office experience to join our client at their office based in Rotherham. Hours of working is Monday - Friday 8 - 4 on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have following experience
Day to day duties:
- Work as part of a small team to organise site visits for service engineers.
- High levels of customers service
- Account management to work with customers for engineer visits/works
- Organise paperwork to ensure correctly organised and timely action of booking information and H&S Documents
- Doing the sales administration processes through to invoicing.
- Stock management and sorting of service/repair parts in small warehouse (including FLT Counterbalance operation) – Licence desirable but training offered
Responsibilities
About you:
- Good communication
- Account management experience
- Well organised person needed with experience of office work and understanding priorities
- Able to work independently
- Provide cover for office manager when on holiday/out of office
- Experience in use of computerised systems essential – Windows/ERP/Microsoft dynamix/Salesforce etc
- Stock management and sorting of service/repair parts in small warehouse (including FLT Counterbalance operation) – Licence desirable but training offered
- Full time role, office based near Rotherham
