We are excited to announce the new role of Operations Manager here at Axiom and we are thrilled that our long-term Team member Team Katie Neal has accepted this position.

Katie joined us in 2013 and has spent 10 years working part-time hours around her growing family. Katie’s daughter is now 17 and studying A’ Levels at College and she feels confident to move into a full-time role and assume new responsibilities.

I have worked in the operation side of this business and feel that I have a full appreciation of how the organisation works, this new management role is the next phase of my career path here at this wonderful independent family recruitment business.”
