Regional Account Manager - Fantastic B2B Skills
Here at Axiom, we are currently seeking an exceptional Regional Account Manager on a permanent basis in the Aylesbury area. The role is covering a whole region and will involve building relationships with existing clients and following up/ researching prospective clients. The majority of the role will be based out on the road and will be 40 hours a week. However, this role will involve lots of travel so the successful candidate will need to be flexible. Salary is between £27,000 - £32,500. Extra benefits include a company car or car allowance and a generous commission structure!!

We are looking for individuals who have a high level of integrity towards customers and colleagues, the ability to make good commercial decisions and take ownership of problems.
The Successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, managing a specific territory, making face to face sales calls to develop new business whilst maximising existing client accounts. The main duties of this position include
To develop your customer portfolio to its full potential and ensure year on year growth within the accounts you manage
Professionally delivering presentations to promote the company’s products and services
Maintain regular contact with key decision makers of the company’s major clients
Communicate efficiently with colleagues to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met
Develop new accounts through innovative prospecting
Previous field sales experience in a B2B environment
Knowledge of the sales process
Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Excellent organisational and administration skills
High level of commitment and flexibility required
Candidates are required to have previous field sales experience, a valid driving license and a willingness to travel.
Salary: £27,000 - £32,500 + company car and commission
